Cannot claim daily scheduled reward

Yesterday I purchased the 14 day scheduled claim pack. I was able to claim the first days reward without problem. Today the screen to claim the 2nd day reward presents itself but when I click the Claim Reward button. I get a message saying that there is a dark spell at work, try later. The Id is 750745/pp22855034, segment:1. I have rebooted several times and I always get the same result.

First of all close your game. Clear your browser cache. Close your browser. Reopen your browser and the game. If this does not fix your problem, take a screenshot of the error and contact support at https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
