What are the differences between Druid Marquis and Varangia?

Hello
No, there is no difference in the Heroes except their picture. It is only the Hero equipment you equip and Wisdom Abilities you apply that affect your troops.

although I Recommend the opposite sex hero. That way the word hero makes sense, a male hero for a lady, an a female hero for a gentleman.
it also depend on the name you want to give your hero, Wonderwoman can't be a male, so will queen victoria not be male.
