B, evidenced by the dirt in the front of the tire, for if it as moving forward the dirt would be behind the tire

So B is my anser.

But of course, it's a picture so techincally it's not moving at all

the answer is c ) the bike is not moving at all, because the background and the landscape is not blurred, so if there was a motion it would be distorted or warped....the bike is only spinning the back wheel while pressing the front brake ;-))

c not moving - although the back wheel looks as if its turning and churning up the ground a bit - the front wheel and the background are sharp as if the bike is not moving
