Do you have many friends? If not I suggest you join a league. That way you can have your league member summon wraiths as long as you have enough Sarcophagi and have added more wraiths in the Obelisk of power. Other than that you can only summon a small number per day and there is a maximum number of wraiths you have as a total.

Did you just join the game, or did you transfer from kabam.com?

The kabam servers used embassy allies to summon wraiths, but the new server uses friends
Kabam only allowed 40 wraiths, but the new server allows 70

Just click names in chat or embassy to add unlimited friends
Every castle has a button to add to friends
