Game frozen?

Is it just me or is the game having difficulty. I am not collecting resources, cant active dragon stone and basically do anything right now except login.

Please close the game, clear your browser cache and reload the game. It should fix your problem.

That doesn't help, I even tried another computer and it seems to be a problem with all games except Vikings which is always smooth. Since its just me I assume a connection issue between Seattle and the servers hosting the older games, so no big deal. It will clear up.

in case the issues persist even after all doing the steps previously mentioned 


then contact support team providing a HAR file 

also try using a VPN


creating a HAR file :-

For Chrome users: please follow these steps:

1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools -- http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6

2. Access the Network tab -- http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG

3. Try to access the game

4. Right-click on any line and select Save as HAR with content -- http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g

5. Input the following command in cmd:

tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net

Then, take a screenshot of it.

only to ask if u use Firefox. Seems that the last update of Firefox makes the game umplayable cause the actions takes a long time to be performed. if u use it by now my recomendation is to change the browser. i had to do that and at this moment with Chrome (fe) runs nice inside their posibilites.

My issue is a conflict with the game and Firefox or Shockwave, I'm using IE 11 now until the issue is resolved.

You should try google chrome, I've heard that most people seem to find that to be the best browser for running the game.  It can be downloaded free here:
