Error receiving day 2 of 14 days of rewards bundle

I am not able to collect my day 2 reward. Keeps telling me to try again. Have cleared browser cache/history, & also tried different browser with no luck. So now what?

we here in the forum can do nothing about this kind of issues.

this topic (Bug reports) is basicly a prelude to waste your time some more and then file a ticket and waste more of your time to get denied

The simple reason that the issue takes time to fix are simply because it needs to be recreated and then fix and tested again to make sure the issue is fix and it should not affect another functionality.

Rgr thanks. Still getting same error. I sent in a ticket with screenshots & all the info needed. Tell ya next year if it gets resolved :P

For anyone else who may be seeing this same issue, I figured it out this morning, & it is not actually an error.


The daily reward clock is on a specific timer. So say you bought the 14 Days of Rewards package at 15:47 (3:47pm), you will then receive your next days reward, at approximately the same time, 24 hours later. Even though you are seeing a pop-up every time you login, or come back to the page, where you can click to claim your reward, you technically cannot claim that days reward, until the specified time. If you click on the claim reward button, & get the error message, you will see a date, & time at the bottom of the error message, i.e. "Segment:0, Time:Thu Jan 6 15:47:23 2017 (UTC)", THAT is the exact date, & time, when you will be rewarded that days items. So just be patient. Unfortunately, none of us knew it was on such a specific 24 hour reward clock. So save yourself the time of submitting a ticket.

I was dealing with this same issue yesterday and today. Sent in a ticket and everything, but just a few hours ago I logged in and hit claim reward -like always- and it accepted it! I think Arschmugge is correct.
