I had posted a topic earlier sharing the thoughts of other players in the game and it was deleted

This is feedback - it may have been negative but to blatantly disregard the thoughts shared by players in the game that have been here for 2 yrs and longer is just another reason why Plarium is losing its player base.

The feedback is posted to try to show you how the direction you have taken with the game is wrong  -  this used to be a great game with a lot of active and fun players and slowly but surely they are dwindling away - maybe to other games or just maybe to other interests besides online gaming

I for one would have probably continued to play and spent a bit if the game hadn't changed as much as it has.

Unfortunate that the Plarium "team" disregards it's player base to this degree

I suppose this is why my post was removed

Perhaps the information should be shared with Plarium rather than blatantly disregarded

Many of us have invested a lot of time and effort into the game and its all been for nothing at this point, there is no future in this game for me and many share the same outlook

you know they can't silence our voices ingame right. Not many players make use of the forums anyways. What I talk with others about these days seems to be more about other games we play, not Stormfall.

Also a game need to evolve to keep players interested. Good chance is if you played Stormfall for 2 years, that already 1 year to long with the lack of content they got in this game.

Imho, as with most mno's and similar. When you start play its all new and exciting, then you played for a while meet people, and after a while you start log on because of these people, not so much the game itself. Then when the content of the game feels old, and all is repetive and such, you start look around for other things, and there is a good chance you take some of the people you meet in the game with you to adventure into new games to have fun. The lack of content with Plarium games make them feel very barebone and lacklusters after a while. But their business model is more about push players through the system, squeeze the, for what they worth, not so much about keep players around long term, because if that been the case, they would vested more time into release more content, and keep players interrested.

I have 20 years of management experience

As a manager you don't ignore issues when they are repeatedly brought to your attention, you have to hear the voice of the people you manage as well as the voice of the customer base

Sometimes you have to admit you made a mistake and find a solution, but hey that's just what a good manager would do, how much management experience do the game developers have and how much of our feed back goes above them to the people who actually tell them how to do their job?  There is a hierarchy in every company, government etc etc

Maybe the higher levels in Plarium's hierarchy doesn't care about what its customer base desires (that's how it appears) and how many of us do you think will ever play another Plarium game again after we all quit this one?

Me too.

Plarium seems to operate on a deny all problems basis. I have observed this at very senior levels where bad news is buried by middle management because senior management don't react well to bad news. Managers just enter a "cover mode" and operate only for their own survival, focusing on little else but managing relationships/network for career advancement.

It's how issues like the VW emissions scandal happen. Eventually your corporate culture is so dysfunctional it is utterly broken.

Not seen such a complete breakdown in a medium sized company like Plarium though. Small and medium sized companies normally interact on a much more personal level and stay more healthy.

Please use appropriate language in the forum

Sometimes I think Plarium like pyrromaniacs that like to throw gasoline on the fire.

Lords and Ladies, there are some strict rules on the Forum, which all of us should follow. I've told you many times that we need to do that, otherwise the Forum will turn into chaos.

Please remember that this Forum is a place for players of the game to ask, find, and share useful information about the game. It's hard to do that if there are many topics on the same subject and information is duplicated. That's why I ask you to read existing topics and continue conversation there if such question is asked/discussed by other players. We reserve the right to remove off-topic posts to ensure easy access to important information.

Also, I ask that you treat all players/moderators/CM on the Forum with the respect with which you would expect to be treated yourself. Both me and moderators are doing their best to make your community experience as enjoyable as possible, and I'm sure you can help us to do it further.

The censoring of topics is getting worst by the day.

When I look at some of the things that have been deleted including some of my own I have to say fair enough and I agree, but of late it's getting silly. I been trying to work out why and the best reason I could come up with is.

Plarium have now began to notice players are leaving in numbers and blame the forums for it, so anything bad said about the game is just deleted.

When in truth if they listened to the players feedback on the forums and done something positive with it they would see the forum is their friend and not their enemy.

Well they need to start censor the league chats then, and monitor those, because. Plarium hold little value and regard when talked about. Hardly anyone make use of the forums as it is, you see that easy on the competitions in the entertainemnt forum etc. And the live chat with manager, very few people actually take part. Safe to say, they made their own bed.

plarium doesnt know how to fix the game.  so anytime one of the hot topcs comes up now they just lock it because they dont know how to answer it.

all we get is canned answers and airplane noise and now they all look like dodging or outright lies.  locking threads and deleting posts is their new way to handle it.
