daily packs

I have received only 1 daliy pack so far not one each day for 14 days as the in game pop-up states. I am hoping someone can shed some light on this

You're talking about the daily loyalty roll yes?

Do you remember a day you didn't check within those 14 days?

If yes, then that's the case. The Daily Loyalty Roll resets if you didn't check one day. (Hence the name daily)

If not, then please contact the Support Team. They may have a solution to this!

Or is it the offer?

In that case, I don't exactly understand what you meant. Could you please explain what you meant there?

No, he isn't referring to the "daily loyalty roll".  He is referring to, (and so am I) the Daily Pack item that we purchased from Plarium.  The item has been paid for, but is not allowing me to claim "day 2" items.


The "Daily Pack" claims to award the items already paid for on a daily schedule for 14 days.  The "Daily Pack" awarded me the first day, but will not award me the "Day 2" items.


I expect what I paid for.  If I don't get what I paid for, then Plarium is stealing from me.

Since it was not clear we have already indicated that if the issue is not what we understood it to be then please raise a ticket to support so that they can solve it. Request you to raise a ticket to support.

do you actually have to claim them or did they go to your Black Market?


not sure how that offer works I have never received such an offer

I am referring to the daily pack icon  that when clicked on produces a pop up screen. this screen has a discount offer to purchase in game items. But at the bottom of this screen is th line that reads " 14 days of rewards schedule " the word schedule is a link to a pop up that when opened reads "You will receive a reward EACH day for the next 14 days WHEN YOU LOG IN ". I have yet to find or receive any such reward nor can i find any statement that a purchase needs to be made first.


I will submit a support ticket also.
