i initiated a raid at about 3:38 pm pst and it was to a castle at -815, -2689 but i started going to a castle way far away (i was checking it out a few minutes before but it was no longer on the screen). How can i cancel this raid without losing saphires?

it could have been since your screen froze due to the flash player. I am not sure if you can get it back but please raise it to support and they will help you on this in the best way possible.

It's a long time glitch that has been happening for years (I been playing on the Facebook app Stormfall for years)Somehow the game fixates on the last castle you visit If your not careful it will superimpose the castle you visited over a castle your attacking and will send at the one you visited. As for getting sapphires back from plarium Your dreaming you won't get them they live for these so called glitches and take them to the bank daily. You must check your raids right after you send them so you can cancel within the 60 second window.

I got sapphires back from a canceled attack, my situation was different however. My browser lagged or froze and I was clicking like mad while the game was queuing my clicks. The attacked was canceled as a result and I lost 300 sapphires.

Plarium had explained that it was impossible for the game to queue mouse clicks during a freeze or period of lag but refunded the sapphires anyway.

It maybe a 50/50 shot if you can explain in detail and it may be cheaper than the enemy you make and loss of units.
