From a community point of view. We got an active BG player that been taking notes and records of all he been doing. He complain because he got millions of resources trapped he cant get out. He petition and get told the rewards out of synch but the system is working as it should. Then he end up get banned from the forums....

How do you think that look from the point of view of the community? If Plarium think that just remove the noise, will fix anything, they very wrong. Things like this just uppset us even more. Heck, I could be inclined to take this as a declearation of war from Plarium onto the players.

Nemenja, I know you just a mod, and not a Plarium employee, but in a case such as this it would be most appropriate to stand with the community. This thread probably get closed and what not, but that doesn't keep this thing go away, it will spread like wildfire. How we feel players get handled by Plarium. The word will spread, you know we talk about things in our leagues and this is a hot potatoe to put it like that.

Because we showed that plarium was wrong on the BG front, The person who was ripped of was banned, AND the topic locked and we were told to discus about it in BG tutorial topic, are you serious! posting about how the BG are broken for some people in the actual BG tutorial section!!!


I think someone had sent their brain out for dry cleaning.

lords and ladies 


lord mark was banned for 5 posts that he wrote calling CM's useless and being utterly upset 

lord Nemanja gave him a warning but he kept posting 

so he banned him ( the ban is just 1 day )

now about the support response :-

the agent clearly stated what lord mark concluded that is all he did not in any way did the support agent confirm his allegations/statement

unfortunately us and even the CM's can not do anything when it comes to support team decisions 

the only remaining option lord mark has is to submit feedback ( an email is sent to him after the ticket is closed )

if i wanted to hide this i'd close the thread and delete it but i moved it here cause i think this thread is not about game mechanics discussion and its off topic there

id be pretty upset too if i lost all of that and was told to eff off.


perhaps this thread should be moved to the BG tutorial as thats where tech support said the discussion should go.

Stormfall Forum is a place for players of the game to ask, find, and share useful information about the game. We're coming on the forum to discuss game related topics, report issues and simply have fun. All of us have different vision about how to communicate on the Forum. That's why we created guidelines to help determine whether or not certain behavior is appropriate. And all of us should follow them.


I understand that some situations can be really frustrating. Both me and Support team are doing our best to help our players. I asked Lord Mark several times to contact our Support team and give all information regarding his situation with Battlegrounds. In our company each employee has his own tasks. We all work as a big team and rely on each other's help and experience. One of Support team's responsibilities - to check such reports. And only they make decisions regarding such cases. In case if they find any massive issues, they tell us and we report our players about it.


Our moderator send a warning to Lord Mark and asked him to stop posting the same message again and again. Imagine if all of us start doing this? No one could see comments other players. So please, let's be noble and follow the rules, they're made for everyone's convenience. Otherwise there will be a chaos on the Forum.

What are we left to do if we feel we face a wall and no help is given? This kinda like have a baggage claim ticket and then get told, sorry we don't know where your baggage is, but dont worry , the system work as intended.


I would very much like from a dev to post on the forum here regarding the "out of sync" issue with rewards, and still how the system work like intended. Lord Mark got the figures and records to back his claim up, but I bet there is a lot of other players suffer from the same. (which doesn't make it any better). 


I know there is forum rules and such but you need to look at situations individual too.

From what I've read, he did that and no response.


In case if they find any massive issues, they tell us and we report our players about it.
So this basically translate to : If they don't do any checking and therefore unable to find anything the conclusion is 'everything is fine'.

I gave one solution: make a staff account on the real server not test server, give him unlimited units and sapphires, check whether bg has problem or not, show it to the player, delete the account when it's done.

he submitted a ticket.....and was upset that it took longer than the promised 24 hours to respond.


and the response that he got was that tech support does not read BG tickets. 


the more i think about this whole situation the more livid i become.  DJmoody's broken BG thread gets closed.  Lord Mark gets blown off by tech support and banned on the forum.   


the community managers makes the same post over and over and over, yet is not reprimaned for it?  How many times have you said send a support ticket to Tech Support then locked a thread, even though the tutorial clearly says tech support will not respond.  How can we communicate and work through the issues if at ever corner we are shut down and banned.

My Lords,

As you can see no one is banned now cause we're maintaining culture of dialogue and following Forum rules.

You have a right to say that you are not satisfied. I would like to clear up this misunderstanding, too.

I hope that everything will return to normal.

Was lord mark reinstated before his ban was over? If not then no it cant return to normal.


Has plarium admited that they are money hungry bullies who cant do anything wrong? if not then NO NO NO NO it cant return to normal.

I am still in the same situation ... still feeding truppes in Bg ...over and over.

I talked with Oberon to....and he told me to speak on the forum to find a good strategy for BG :))

In my opinion i think that the BG tax is bigger that 10-12%...

But ...they must realize that WE ARE MANY !

I posted in sugestion to implement a DOT :

- red Dot = negative Bank

- green Dot = positive Bank

At least if they dont tell us when or what they change ....to see whith our own eyes.
