[#STX-672-77990]: Whole account gone


My whole account is gone back to day one castle leuge units everything except friends gone. Really not happy spend time and money and now my user is gone.

Hi I have dedicated a lot of time to the game as I have a obligation to the leage I had more that 7000 defs at each beacon that my leuge now has to do without and the support to the other players. I now could not help in the leuge chalenges were i helped a lot. So do understand that I AM EXSTREMLY UNHAPPY. And hope tht you can rectivy and compensate me and my leuge addiquitly for this failure of a service that I now spent money on and a lot of time and energy that is worth a lot more. And naturally the longer it takes to resolve the greater the impact.
