clear browsing cache and try again.. this only happened to me once or twice before.

What browser are you using? from my experience google chrome works the best

My suggestion would be first trying pressing play and manually enter user name and password. I suspect one or the other corrupt. If that does not  contact support at http://support.plarium.com/enstormfall/Tickets/Submit/Step1/48

Of course I tried with pressing play button, but there was no reaction. I will send report to support. Thanks for help.

 other option is to wait but that takes few days

Thanks a lot. I have installed VPN and it worked. So I guess it is my network what troubles me. I hope you will get 1K of sapphires or something similar. :) And I always used chrome, I like it more than other browsers.

Your solution has placed you in the FBI most dangerous hackers list. You provided a solution that will cause harm in the end. A VPN, really come on. Next it will be USE Torch browser, and yah check out pirate bay while at it
