When you send a complaint in more than once on the same issue the problem does not get taken care of. A few has made complaints on the issue and it gets pushed under the rug even if you have proof on the issue. Can somebody tell me why nothing gets done on things that have been proven in letters that people recieve. It is like nobody is listening to the players but players. I have sent in another complaint on this issue again today to plarium support and I get a letter back saying we will look into it, but this has been going on for almost 2 months now. I am posting a letter that I sent to plarium if there is anybody that can help in this issue please do.
