All levels and progress wiped out!

This morning I was playing quite happily. I went to lunch. Came back to the game and all my progress has been wiped out! All my friends are showing but not my league. It is like I have started the game all again. I've emptied my cache, given it time etc but nothing has changed. Has this happened to anyone else?

it is a common issue since plarium made a second server but it should be an easy fix. follow these steps.

lord Failo is correct it is a server switch do as the link says and you will be back on track in no time

No. It doesn't work. This is the second time this has happened to me. The last time I had to wait three weeks until the game sent me an email asking why I wasn't playing. Then I used that email as a link back to my proper level.

your progress is always saved on the servers all you have to do is to chose the right one 


in case you lost lvl and progress while you are sure you are on the right server then contact support immediately waiting for an email is not practical

pls be patient they will answer you (also note that sending several tickets will only slow things and cause confusion )


if it was long ago then send me your ticket ID identifying when you sent it
