Tried multiple times, multiple ways.  Finally got in via back route to forum.  It the entire server base down?

W7, desktop, lots of RAM, HD, cache 1GB and clear.  No problems with anything else or any other games or browser games.


Trying yet again, I get this:  (why do I get directed to your incomplete "ad campaign"???)


When I hit PLAY or support from

i get:

Hi, don't mean to bug you, just wondering what you have found out.

Sitting here waiting for a few hours.


Thanks for debugging.  Still cannot get back onto the game.  I spent 3 hard days getting up to level 31 about

and much resources, upgrading, friends.

Hope it was not lost.  Hope I am not killed because I cannot access the game.  LOL.  That would end my time on here.

try clearing your cache and refreshing (if that does not help try incognito mode)


or try a different browser (make sure your flash player is up to date)

if none of the above works then create a HAR file see how here and send a ticket to support team


(make sure to inform support about what steps of the above you have done)
