Status of troops during a raid

recently made a raid to a castle,reached it but no reports given-results, and my troops are still on-hold unable to return to my main castle. possible glitch

yes it is impossible to solve someone the tecnicall problem.Always when appears a technicall problem remember the support team of plarium you can follow 3 steps to find easy the support team of plarium


first of all you go on the main page of the game -> http://prntscr.com/cqhfca

second step is to press on the community bar and chose "support" as you see on the screenshoot ->http://prntscr.com/cqhg8w

third step is once you visit the support page you go down,on the base level of the page and you chose "contac us" as you see on the red arrow i made for you->http://prntscr.com/cqhhcm


if you follow the red arrows on every screenshoot you can find easy how you can come in contact whith plarium it is 3 simple steps.


if you dont want to follow this steps you have to save the link gave you nemanja,it is the same place ,just if you use his link you go directly on the place i told you whith the screenshoots,although i think it is good you know how you can find support team of plarium  in case of you lose the link of  nemanja

if you still experiment the same isusse althoug the help given, please send to support a HAR or Filebug file.

please follow one of this instruction ( depends on the browsers you use )



HAR file and Firebug shows the same things, the main difference is that you can create a HAR file in Google Chrome, when in order to make a screenshot of your Firebug panel you need to use Mozilla Firefox. Here are the detailed instructions:




1) Firebug for Firefox - http://support.plarium.com/files/pscreen_instruction_en.pdf




2) HAR file for Chrome or Opera:



Chrome users - please follow these steps:



Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6- Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG- Try to access the game- Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g




Opera users - please follow these steps:



1. Access Customize and control Opera -> Developer -> Developer Tools -- http://prntscr.com/c6fsyj



2. Access the Network tab --

3. Try to access the game



4. Right-click on any line and select Save as HAR with content --
