Account Wiped out.

Hi,


I just wanted to know if anyone had issued with game yesterday. I couldn't log in at all in the evening yesterday, it just said log in failed after loading to about 80%  and when I logged in today, i found out that all my items and everything were gone and i was suddenly lvl 1. I had no league, nothing in my inventory. All my hard work went down to the drain. If any one could help me out to solve this issue, i would be really grateful.

you have been changed to the other server.

on top of ur screen where ur castle name is and ur coordinates, look at right to check the server name, it could be 'untamed lands' or 'dark plains'

click on the name and a new window will open with the names of the servers. look for the one you have all ur work done and click on it. then press OK and you wiil return to ur server.

Same thing happened to me. I'm waiting for an answer. I switched servers and still ended up where I was - everything erased.

I've already sent 2 messages to "Support" with no reply. I think I'll just quit this game. I think "plarium" should refund  all payments I've made towards this game. I regret getting involved with this nonsrnse.

Do you have the ticket IDs? And have you checked your Spam folder?
