Poor design...

I wasn't seeing anything on the forum about this VIP stuff, but its really annoying.  There is a new VIP chat that keeps spamming me with system messages.  If I close out of the box, a giant yellow arrow pops up and blocks my entire chat box, keeping me from communicating at all until I refresh.  The only thing that seems to keep that yellow arrow from trolling me is to leave that stupid VIP chat window up, blocking 1/3 of my screen, for 5-10 min while it spams its full cycle of system messages.  If I don't wait for all the system messages to spam me before banishing that stupid box, that yellow arrow blocks my chat function totally.

The personal advisor the system messages promise never materializes.  The annoying VIP pop up when I log says I should have some code to redeem rewards, but I have not been given a code.  So far, all I'm seeing is pops ups and spam wasting my time and blocking the screen, keeping me from playing the game.  Is there any way to get rid of this crud?  I wouldn't mind the free stuff, if they'd actually deliver, but so far, all they're doing is spamming me with system messages and trolling me with rewards I can't claim due to a code they have never delivered.
