Dragon Arts Group II, Dragon Arts Discovery Speed at maximum in both groups, in the Dragon Arts Activated box it indicates a 50% boost, when I check before and after it is only 33%. Are all the Group II dragon arts deficient as well?
All their percentages are out compared to what you think it should be because they do the percentages on the base amount before bonuses.(or sumsuch)

I'll try to explain you how this works in more detail.
There's no such thing as time cut in our game. There's only speed boost. So all those % affect on a speed, not on a time.
Let's say 1 Craftsman builds 1 Farm in 1 Day (24 hours). If he works 50% faster, he will be able to build 1,5 Farms in 1 day.
If we cut the building time for a Farm by 50%, he could build 1 Farm in 0,5 days, or 2 Farms in 1 day. But it's not our case.
All bonuses work with speed, not with building/discovery/training/etc. time.
OK. Now I understand how the computation works and can adjust my strategy accordingly. Thank you for the detailed explanation. Maybe you could add the word speed to those boost percentages that show up on the screen for clarification.I will ask our devs if we can. Sometimes we're limited by the UI. But as I know, we've changed it almost everywhere when we changed the way it works (in March or April, if I'm not mistaken)
