I am being attacked from DA member- emil -705,-985. Not sure whats the cause. Members from our League have sent multiple messages to their leadership.

If you look like a target of opportunity, you will be attacked.  If you are a source of resources, or pvp, you will be attacked.  If you annoy people, you will continue to be attacked.

1) Don't annoy, or anger, a player or league you can't hold your own against. (Those PMs your players are sending are nothing but annoying to most marshals and will be either ignored or cause further raids.)

2) Don't leave resources, or troops, out for targets.  If they don't get anything, they aren't going to waste raids.  Spend resources down and put your troops in your catacombs when you log off.

3) Carefully consider before you defend against attackers.

Lots of  info available here in the forums...may be a good idea to read through it before posting. Tutorials and other online resources also. Posts like that can get flamed pretty bad.

Just like being @  the grade school playground ...sometimes you gotta stand up and fight (cant always go run to the teacher) even if you dont think you can win. Better to fight once and lose than to get beat up daily.

This is general, but good, advice.  There is much more to learning this game and that will take time and experience.

As others have already stated, the main reasons for attacks are 1) resources, 2) PvP, 3) because you annoyed or angered someone.  For the first 2, the easiest way to stop it is to let them roll through an empty castle, nothing to take, nothing to kill.  They'll get tired of wasting raids and will seek out more profitable targets.  If you annoyed or angered someone, then it may be a matter of ego and they won't care that they're wasting raids; they're doing it just to hurt you specifically.  In general, sending letters to league leadership complaining about attacks when your league has no diplo with the attacker's league will just serve to annoy and may increase attacks.
