Units dissapearing from Catacombs

Hello Plarium team & Moderators,


So i logged in today and started doing my daily things etc and loaded up my catacombs and realised i was missing 127 Dragons. So me panicking checks every seige/fief ive got, not there okay is it on the beacon? No not there, not in my castle either, not as reinforcements for anyone either, no extra pvp points, no offense rating boost. Went through all my reports since the last one i saw with the correct amount of dragons, no dragon loss whatsoever since then as i value them highly of course. Checked BG rating and no not that either, no extra BG points in tourny for dragon losses. 

Literally nothing to explain what happened to them.... they just simply vanished. 


I have heard of this happening to multiple people.... im guessing your system is having trouble keeping all the account info updated? Why does this happen to almost everyone? We can't all be wrong or drunkards who forget what happened to them. 


Im not happy... im not a coiner i dont just buy 1m+ troops a day, it takes a lot more time, dedication & effort to get those dragons than a coiner and they just simply vanish. Is there any point continuing to play when your efforts are for nothing? Your achievements are stripped away from you?


I want a proper reply on this please, not a well presented speech completely avoiding or not dealing with this problem. As its been a problem for months now & many have suspected Plarium to be behind it and thats why they have quit. So in all honesty dealing with this problem will benefit your company & not just me whos crying over lost dragons, provide a reliable game please, thats all we ask.

I submitted a ticket but i hope you guys are taking this issue seriously as its been a problem for months now

Lord NEMSTAR,

Forum moderators are ordinary players as you are. We are not Plarium employees. 

Only way to solve this problem is to submit a ticket to support team although it can happen that you should wait for a while for an answer.
