No, it is not. That is automated message that is always the same, just put number of points and reward. This time you had 0 points, that is all.

Well, this is an embarassed human issue (sarcasm) which of course, didn't put intended by the developers. And whichever result that is not being put intended by the developers, can we consider them as bug? For me, it is a "human bug" indeed and all bugs came from human -- computer simply performs as instructed, garbage in, garbage out. :)

P/S: My advice to many game developers: Try not to be too defensive, as your game will never improved. It is no good to be too defensive most of the time as this will become a subconscious reaction to you, which may lead you to reject ALL your fans' requests, suggestions, ideas etc. without having you realizing. As a result, this forum will be defeating your purpose of having it to collect user feedback in order to improve user experience and defeat your competitors.
