So I like the suggestion thread and how the response work in it. On the other hand I feel the response we get is somewhat of a lackluster at times.

The declined because it wasnt designed that way and so on, feel a bit. to short and easy an answer. Maybe back then your game was designed a certain way, but was things such as the dragon and hero even thought about back then?

Over time the initial design get more washed out as new features and additions get added to the game.

So when someone make what I consider is a good suggestion and get kinda bitten off with "denied because of ...." and not much why and why it cant be done or made happen it feel so shallow. Im quite sure a lot of the suggestions asked for could be made possible with small changes to the actual game.

Plarium never implemented what we wanted and how we asked (with the few minor implementations, mostly correcting bugs). They only use ours suggestions to implement what they wanted and use our posts to suggest that we asked for that. This thread is completely wasting time and just alibis for their greedy innovations.

If we never make a new suggestion, Plarium will still implement new features, because all old improvements are spent and profit from them is much lower than on the beginning. So, they have to find new ones.

In any case that will not be what we ask on this thread. Check old threads and compare with implementations.

Also, they are capable to claim that we asked for some things for what we never had any thought.

Simple, game isn't our. Not for particular part. We want equality and justice, they want money. For months we tried to explain how our ideas can improve game and allow them to get more money, but they have their path.

What? That was a figure of speech, not rude language. I can understand not everyone just as versed in the use of the English language and figure of speech, but come on.

Guys, we will create a list of the most frequently asked (and declined) suggestions with more details. However, some of your suggestions can't be accepted, because they propose some major changes to basic game features.

I understand your wish to get more details on each and every suggestion, but in some cases I can't give you more info. It could be classified, for internal use only, etc. And in some cases we just receive No from our devs, because they see this feature in another way than you do. I strive to give you honest feedback, and if it won't be implemented, because our developers have another vision, or they have a certain intention with this feature, I just say so.

Our game has certain mechanics, basic features, interactions, dynamics, limits, which we must have. I'm used to call this whole complex Game Balance. But I've got your point about your vision of balance, and I will try to avoid this word in the meaning I'm used to. Let's call it game Basis, for example, or whatever you wish.

When you propose something like "Let's remove this time limit", our devs say "Hey, we have set it for a reason, and we must follow our guideline to achieve the goal which was set by adding this feature into the game". Or when you say "Let's make Units training faster" they say "But we have a certain game dynamics, which requires time for building Units. So we won't do that. It's against our game basis", etc.

Many good suggestions are passed, but not all of them can be accepted. I would like to tell you more about the process of implementing your suggestions into the game. I hope this information will be helpful.

Once the idea is submitted in the community, I pass it further. When there are enough suggestions, they consider each idea. Sometimes they make a fast decision, and sometimes they need more time for consideration. Some ideas require data analysis and cooperation with several teams.

Even if it is accepted, it doesn't mean that it will appear in next update. It's added to the work plans, and as soon as our developers have enough time and resources for it, they will start working on this idea.

Besides your suggestions they have long-term plans for game development, and there are some features which must be done according to their plan. That's why our players' suggestions may be postponed for some period of time.

In some cases it seems that the task is very simple and it can be done till the next update, but when they start working on it, they find out that it's not that easy and they need more time to put in it. Or there can be some technical complications.

Imho, if we get more indepth reasons for why something get declined, or even approved, then it could help us also in the further with what we could suggest about changes. Because it would be pointless to put forward something with a pre-doomed response.

There is things that could require a major code overhaul, and there is others that just could mean alter a few numbers. (such as training time come to mind).

I know changes can take time, and even something suggest get approved or looked into, it wont get fixed right away. And I still really miss hearing right from devs about the game, changes, future and so on. Because I think it would help improve the relation between the players and the company as well. It's not really the same to relate to a community manager or a forum moderator.

We don't even know "how" the devs work on your games, does each game have their own lead designers/devs , dev teams, or is it just one dev team that assign dev cycles for each game, or whatever. It seems that changes doesn't get applied much if it also doesn't get applied in the other games. Or features won't get added unless it can be fit into all the others under different skins, names and so on. Can even all the games branch out into their own right and blossom indepedent with changes applied to them each on their own and so on.

I've got your point, Gadheras. And I agree that if you know more, you can give better suggestions, which have more chances to be applied. Unfortunately, I don't have the information you need, only our devs do. And this info is not supposed to be shared with players, because it's only for internal use.

I've described how it looks on my end in my previous comment here. And I'm sure that you have more understanding now about why I am so short in my answers.

I would like to give you more info about our company and our devs.

Please check this link: http://developers.plarium.com/en/kharkiv/

Here you will find some info about our development teams, their responsibilities, etc.

Also, some teams have prepared a video about themselves. Like here:

I'm sure it will be interesting for you to get acquainted with our devs a bit closer.

Unfortunately, they are unable to communicate with our players on Forums as I do. They have their own responsibilities. However, we will soon release some videos in which our devs will be sharing their future plans or explaining some game features and decisions.

Also, we will keep updating topics in Suggestions and Feedback thread and I will share some insights if I am allowed to. Just let me know which information you need, and I'll see if I can give it to you.
