It would help many players if when you do an update you post saying that you will be doing an update that day and what updates you are adding, it is always nice to know what plarium is adding or fixing to help make game play easier and more enjoyable. I am aware you do this already with some of the big updates. But for today no notification was sent on forum for the hero update that was added and in effect 3 new topics were started by worried players that thought your servers were down again (and i cant blame them) Although the servers were only down temporarily it would help if you post some sort of notification.

Greetings. We announce server updates in News and Announcement section. However, we are unable to disclose more information before we actually perform the update. We add this information later, in the same section on Forum.

When the hero had an update yesterday i saw no announcement that you would be doing an update. I understand your unavailability to disclose what you did till after the update.

It was an unexpected update, I usually post announcements only if we have at least 12 hours before the update. There's no sense in posting an announcement 30 minutes before the update.
