Hi plarium team!


I need a quick response on this matter. I'm so disappointed with this. I saw incoming raid so I send all my O troops in catacombs but it says " Choose another unit to purchase". I keep on clicking it but I don't see my troops sent in cats. The raid boosted and I lost my 2M O troops. I saw sad why this happened. I spend so much money and time. 


I'm leaving this game if i'm not satisfied what you can do. I'm the Marshal of Lord Immortal league. Please see screenshot happened just 5 mins ago.... https://gyazo.com/6cfb6dcb02d3c5d512c752be89d77443.

so sorry to hear about ur looses. unfortunately i think there is no reimbursment with troops lost if there is no server problem

however you can submit ticket to support explaining this issue and they will be able to check your logs and act in consecuence

hope you can solve this

I accept your cookie policy  and I know you can check my clicks in the game. I'm pretty sure you can see my clicks before the impact of the raid. If you will not admit of this bug you can see a few minutes from now my castle coordinates  will become a user deleted account. I spent 6 months day and night playing this game and money and with just a wink of an eye all my hardships are gone! 


Please response quickly since I'm already planning to say goodbye to all my members and appoint another member as marshal before I go. I'm serious this is not a black mail. I just so very disappointed and felt very sad.

You paying the house and the odds is stacked against you from the momment you enter the door. File a ticket with support and stop bother the forums is the usual attitude.

wait a bit I have to appoint a marshall.... I tried to submit a ticket in the past but no response...! I'm tired of this... we paid you by purchasing sapphires but your attitude is bad. Don't worry, nobody bothers you now gadheras... Eat all your unlimited sapphires.

Why are you so aggressive toward Alyona?

I'm pretty sure that she will come and explain how everything in this game you can or buy or earned using your patient and good planning.

Life is nice 

Because she is careful person (not as how you present her). She will not mention that you will need about year as patience, and that you can't make any coherently plan in game where nothing can be planned because no one really knows how any mechanic works.

For sure, she will not say that, avoiding to disturb and scare any player. She likes us

grand tournaments are only for winning sapphires and it depends of the ranking you got. check ur position and see if it had rewards or not it depends the class you got

there wasnt any rewards in the last tournament, even if you earned them...and tech support isnt responding to the issue.

Please be aware that those who have earned their rewards, have received them. I mean players who have placed in TOP rankings. There were no personal rewards for these Tournaments, so you couldn't earn anything if you didn't have enough points to place in TOP.
