I have a negative Sapphires Total showing for my Bank

Hello, I logged into my Game of Stormfall late last week and noticed that my Sapphire Bank was showing -140636 and this week when tasks are completed in game Sapphires won are deducted from the original total, I was in credit with my Sapphire Bank Account so I'm really unsure what is happening.

Have not heard from Plarium either to my request to investigate.

Any ideas or just be patient.

Greetings. Your Sapphires balance turned negative as you spent the Sapphires for your recent purchase in the game and then reversed the payment shortly afterwards.

You may want to refill the balance by purchasing Sapphires in order to cover the difference in balance that has appeared.

Yes my credit card company suspended the transactions thinking that they were specious which is not the case as I did approve them how ever Plarium say they dont have the payments and their is no credit on my bank card statement so the credit card company can find the money so I can be in credit again for my Sapphires...
