Why is Plarium refunded on disputes and I don't get my money back?

i understand that you don't want to refund me, but plarium was refunded and deducted EVERYTHING from me. Now i sit with a negative sapphire balance of -693,577 which makes it impossible for me to buy unless i am a millionaire.

How is this even fair? my money spent, thousands of dollars are paid to plarium, they pay it to you and i get nothing but huge debt.

Can't you at least refund Plarium the money for 693,577 sapphires in Stormfall and the money for 183,304 diamonds in Soldiers Inc.??

I've lost everything now.

This is very unfair and almost criminal.

please advise

unfortunally we, the mods, cant help users about sapphires issues. that is for support deparment o directly any Admins.

hope all this issue can be solved
