Dear players,

It appears that some of you are still having difficulty accessing the games on plarium.com. You are experiencing these issues due to outdated information on the Domain Name System (DNS) servers.

Without going into detail on how the system works (you can learn about it here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_Name_System), there are two things you can do to fix the issue. You could either wait until various DNS providers update their information as to the current IP address of Plarium.com. Alternatively, you can configure your network settings to use Google Public DNS; it will help you access plarium.com immediately.

Note: Before you change your DNS settings to use Google Public DNS, be sure to write down the current server addresses or settings on a piece of paper. It is very important that you keep these numbers for backup purposes, in case you need to revert to them at any time.

Here is what you need to do to change your DNS settings:

1. Start menu

2. Type "CMD" and press "enter"

3. Type "control.exe /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter"

4. Click Change adapter settings on the left.

5. Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example:

to change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click Local Area Connection > Properties.

to change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection > Properties.

6. Select the Networking tab, then select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.

7. If not already selected, select Use the following DNS server addresses option.

Enter the new DNS addresses, click OK, and close all other windows.

8. Click OK

8. Restart your browser. You should now be able to access the game.

plus some people may not be too happy about using google dns...


and again, most, if not all the people who are able to read this thread, have already fixed the access issue, or found a workaround.

Your solution WAS workaround.

Do you really expect that thousand players will change their DNS settings? Many of them never touched and will not touch these properties.

You're first corporation which ask for something like this, in 21. century where WEB as all around us.

You know how to take thousand of $ from us and don't know how to stay visible. I can't believe.

are you .... kidding me... Not only did you steal what I wrote basically word for word but you didn't credit me and you also didn't message me about it. You have 600 employees and an team working on it, how hard is it for you to message me and be like "Hey we appreciate your post, do you mind if we use it?" instead you literally copied my post... essentially making spam which was not needed especially since all those posts that were deleted for being duplicated. This is both double standards and disrespectful.

for me this was usless as i could not even get in the forum i could get in with facebook but then it puts me back at start of game.. i lost 88 days login cuz of there servers how am i going to get that back apart from doing more days on the trot . for me no compo will cover the loss of my days logins

same DNS.... if you change route and arrive at my house, how do you enter with closed gate? 

they did the work and limited access, simple... with route and bandwitch

Please send ticket to support following this link explaining your issues and aporting screenshots as possible. They will study every ticket sent and give the proper compensations if it is the case.

the issue that has happened has been harder enough for all us and we all want answer and compensations as soon as posible but the protocol we have to follow is that, send ticket to support for every case.

All you need to do is clear the local DNS server cache. Using command prompt to fix, it worked for me. Troubleshooting, click instructions in Solution 3 in Link, shows step by step. Don't hurt to save this link for future problems.

Hi, I have lost my daily royalty roll. I was few days shy from collecting my 90 days reward pack. is there a way that I can resume from where I dropped off?. I couldn't log in for two days straight so hope you would do some justice. Thanks :)

I do have access now and everything, but there was a message from "Oberon" saying something about as a way of saying sorry, you would get "free gifts" to use wisely. I was just wondering, did they already load? Are they hidden in your inventories/black market?

they were automatically added to you inventory the gifts were.
