Page will not load

Yesterday and today, I've been having intermittent issues getting into the game.  When I try to log in, sometimes I get in no trouble, but more often, I get a message saying connection timed out and Plarium is not responding.  Is anyone else having this issue?

yes i had that same problem today first time for me. i couldent get onto any plarium sites for 12 hours, but seems to be working fine.. for now..

for 2 days connexion impossible to stormfall.

servers seem to be disconnected and no answer to request of connexion:

"Désolé, nous ne pouvons pas atteindre cette page.

- Essayer de réactualiser à page

- Assurez-vous d’avoir la bonne adresse web : http://207.182.152.124"

it's a nice workaround, but people who can see your link here, are already connected to the game. and it's only a workaround, the guy's right, their web.config file has been messed up, corrupted, whatever 


funny to see how plarium spams our mailbox for every "nice discount", sapphires deals and such, but not a single word when their servers are down for so long. i wish it'd have been plarium, and not a user, that came up with this temporary fix, and emailed it to their customers, instead of leaving players in the dark. again.

plus, it seems all the daily loyalty rolls have been reset to day 1. "loyalty".. that's an interesting choice of a word, coming from them

I can't do anything about YSOD

I am well aware that Plarium stuffed up their .htaccess and I don't know how it hasn't been fixed yet, they must of had a new guy go in and delete everything. 

This is Plarium's mess and I can only offer the DNS solution which most people outside of the US will see

They must of let an intern rm -rf /* 

It's such a shame that I had to quit because I really enjoyed helping you guys out... Shame it wasn't worth my time or effort to put up with them.

At this point we suppose that it's the DNS issue. If your DNS updates rarely (like each 72 hours or so), you will have loading issues. We do recommend our players to use Google DNS for now.

Unfortunately, we didn't have such information yesterday after we've resolved our server-side issues, so we couldn't recommend it to our players in advance. 

I hope that Mehnslayer's instruction will help everyone experiencing such issues.

It won't help everyone, and I can promise you that. Because this isn't solely a DNS problem, and changing a DNS isn't guaranteed to work anyway because some ISP's and Countries block the ability to do it... E.G China

You also have an Apache error to figure out with all the YSOD's flying around

shame on plarium for not having been able to think about it earlier. whether it was this workaround, or another one , as it's not just a DNS allocating issue, as pointed out by mehnslayer

Its not the submitting of a ticket , its actually getting an answer back lol , Plarium support is the worse support i have ever seen

you have to consider that actually they are receiving a lot of tickets and they have to study one by one, so that is going to take some time

please be patient and soon you will receive your answers

They will not admit their mistake/problem. Not even mention anything anywhere, but.....

They could make an announcement about some actress being the new face for the mobile version.

Not even like being kicked to the rear of the bus,,,we were tossed off it.....

after loads of problems logging in i did this and now working fine  command promt  ipconfig/flushdns 


this working fine  now before i got nothing  at all just error 403 all the time
