I have to laugh at the "submit a ticket" answer. When I have submitted tickets for in-game issues, I either got no response at all, or once (gasp!) they did deign to respond with the equivalent of "we didn't see it, so tough nuts, we're not giving you back your stuff that disappeared".
I LOVE that the tournaments basically reward you for your level, and not for your personal achievement. Obviously more points are awarded for higher level BGs, and only high level players can hit them!
I find it ludicrous that the infirmary only heals for free if you are attacked at your castle, not for all your troops' actions. I spent money in the beginning, but quickly realized that it's a black hole.
The rewards in this game are sparse compared to all the play for free games I've played. It's a shame, because this has the potential to be a great game, but I'm already not spending another penny, and don't really care how far I get anymore.
Agreed that Plarium should send out a blanket bonus to all players for the log-in problems. Sounds like they are unwilling to take responsibility for treating the players well, even though it will cost them NOTHING to retain players by sending out sapphires, they would rather lose us, I guess. Not sure about that logic, but then again, I'm considering the source...
So far I've told ten people in the last two weeks, who asked me if I've played, that there are much better managed games out there (no names here). Maybe someday Plarium will appreciate the value of a good reputation, and how that translates to money...
