Daily Loyalty Roll reset because I didn't refresh browser

Because I didn't refresh my browser from day 72 to 73 you now say I have to start over in the Daily Loyalty Roll.  72 days down the drain.  From henceforth I will no longer spend any cash on this game.  That decision on your part was wrong and it will cost you just like you are making it cost me.  I will stay in the game since my wife loves it and it is something we can do together but no more purchases on my part.

Well you need to do an activity that register on your account every day. If you miss a day its back to zero. It would been better if the loyality roll worked towards the number of days in total you logged in rather than consecutive ones, but hey, thats the game where it at. 


And grats on you for not spending anymore.

Unfortunately, our Daily Roll Call requires each day login. You can't just leave the game open for 2 days in a row and expect the reward to be received.

erm you control the servers not us ????? ive been out of game 18 hours  because of your problems not mine ?????? why do you lot say heres the troops you lost as you cant log in and heres 10,000 saphires to every player to say sorry easy is it not ??? but hay stick to the old way say nothing and just rip off your players till we all leave i coin alot now but  it will stop unless this company gets its act together fast ,

in this case please send a ticket to support. they will study it and restablish the royalty daily roll to the original status if its the case

i will certainly NOT! as everyone, including plarium, knows what happened, and whose fault it is. and still, you'd want ME to bother and make an effort to write a ticket?!

i can predict that it's going to be the last straw for many players, and if plarium doesn't come up really soon with apology and compensation, lots of players are going to leave the game. i'll probably be one of them, as well as a few of my clan mates.

click on that support link and you get to ask a question that is totally different to the one you want to ask , this is just plariums way of ripping us off for our paragon dailys , putting a ticket in gets us nowhere and we shouldnt have to put a ticket in for your mess , fix it or lose players

Well, i only tell you the protocol we have to follow .

if you dont want to take the time to fill the ticket is ur choice but then dont blame against all things in forums, as you and some people.

sure i do. and i don't need to be lectured by you, we know you have your faves, and act accordingly!

and if we blame all things in the forum, which is EXACTLY the place to do so, there's a good reason! i dare you to find more than say 5 positive feedbacks in the past weeks. aside the basic "i like this game", from a player who just started


plarium has a very poor customer care, and you're only making worse with your attitude. yours or other mods/admins. "if you don't like it, then tough tomatoes", eh! 


if you think getting rid of the few unhappy players will solve the problem, you're clearly mistaken, because with such a lousy management, whether it's about the game, players or the so-called community, you'll only get more and more unhappy people. 


open your eyes and READ what people have to say, rather than just copying and pasting your "please my lord submit a ticket here", most players are grownups and smart, and if they wanted to generate a ticket, they wouldn't come in here for assitance!

I have to laugh at the "submit a ticket" answer. When I have submitted tickets for in-game issues, I either got no response at all, or once (gasp!) they did deign to respond with the equivalent of "we didn't see it, so tough nuts, we're not giving you back your stuff that disappeared".

I LOVE that the tournaments basically reward you for your level, and not for your personal achievement. Obviously more points are awarded for higher level BGs, and only high level players can hit them!

I find it ludicrous that the infirmary only heals for free if you are attacked at your castle, not for all your troops' actions. I spent money in the beginning, but quickly realized that it's a black hole.

The rewards in this game are sparse compared to all the play for free games I've played. It's a shame, because this has the potential to be a great game, but I'm already not spending another penny, and don't really care how far I get anymore.


Agreed that Plarium should send out a blanket bonus to all players for the log-in problems. Sounds like they are unwilling to take responsibility for treating the players well, even though it will cost them NOTHING to retain players by sending out sapphires, they would rather lose us, I guess. Not sure about that logic, but then again, I'm considering the source...


So far I've told ten people in the last two weeks, who asked me if I've played, that there are much better managed games out there (no names here). Maybe someday Plarium will appreciate the value of a good reputation, and how that translates to money...
