I fully agree - but that is not as serious as the other secret changes

Drastic reductions in sapphire payouts for top 100 players, and all players now competing in the same tier. 
Level 42 trying to compete against level 92 ... how unfair is that?

If this is plarium's big idea to make us spend more money it is NOT working. I am hardly participating in these tournaments anymore it is no longer worth the effort especially to get top 100.. it is a bad joke.. Congratulations on beating the other thousands of players on the realm and getting in top 100 instead of the usual few thousand sapphires take 200.

Unfotunately john, it doesn't matter whether we do these tourneys or not. As long as there are at least two players kill each other's troops and keep the coins flowing plarium is happy. Oh, well. at least now we can take things easier lol

so let me get this straight

• Plarium changes the type of units payed out for tournaments from E golems + necros, to warlocks + demons without adjusting how many units are paid out, so it is straight up less
• Plarium added an item to increase the rate at which you gather from hamlets, at the same time they 'subtle reduce the amount of hamlets' 
• Plarium removed the brackets for tournaments so every player is in the same bracket, thus level 20s fight level 90s 
• Plarium changed the sapphire payouts on the rankings from upwards of 15k for 1st place to 500
• Plarium changed (along time ago) sapphire purchases so that they are a lot cheaper, and provide more sapphires and since then have started adding more and more items which curve upwards in cost 
• No moderator or community manager has been seen on the forums since the 29th and another tournament has been released which has even worse rewards then the PvP tournament
• Alyona actively tries to defend that the game is in fact free, using the defense that you are able to still get sapphires over time.

So I feel it is safe to say that these are the rewards from now into the future :) Of course, that isn't an official answer but based on past history of Plarium's incredibly self-centered attitude towards the customers and their own business model.

Lets say from now into the future, there is 2-3 tournaments you can partake in without spending money, assuming one of them is a 2x pvp you might get about 1-1.4k sapphires per week with massive losses, maybe 600-700 sapphires without a 2x pvp, most likely still losing heaps.

Lets say for arguments sake that it is closer to 1k per week and honestly that is being incredibly generous, 10k pvp points = 600 sapphires in 2x pvp and that is roughly 140k or something

That is still 33 weeks to get the mythical pack from the black market, some guy was bragging about making 20k sapphires from tournaments in like 7-8 months or something awhile ago. Defend that Alyona, I dare you.

Maybe she on vacation. Very little activity last couple days. Or maybe Plarium resigned and doesnt care anylonger. Seeing what happend to tournaments I'm inclined to believe that.

im 100% people are noticing these and choosing not to take part ...... people are outraged at this including my league mates !

we wont waste troops till rewards increase ...... im sure they will lose more money with this

you can earn eldrich units, if you do the ongoing battleground conquests tournament. however, it has been labelled as "legenday", and i remember another tournament, not too long ago, that was labelled as "epic". 

i'm guessing plarium has categorized tourneys and you'll win regular units in regular tournaments now...

Greetings. The rewards were changed only for some Tournaments. There will be different Tournaments with different rewards.

As for the bug with Tournament league distribution, it was fixed yesterday, so all players will now get into the right league.
