Its simple. Because of you being a good customer and spending money, you don't recieve any good offers. A player that doesn't spend money get good offers to get "lured" into spend money.
I spend no money and i ALWAYS have an offer for 10+K of saphires for less then 10$ .That's a good offer isn't it :P .
One player on S2 said that he has stopped doing BGs and that saved him 700K of saphires every week .He is planing on getting a helicopter with those money now and i think thats a great decision.

Actually its not random. We all know that. I sent a ticket regarding the wheel of fortune 1 year ago. And i got the same answer you just gave. So did i get what i was waiting for, NO. For 13 months now i am still waiting for it. Yep, you heard me, for 13 months! I still have the ticket.

Random is random...
but I know from what I have spent before. not spending, good offers, spending, no good offers for quite a while.
nothing is random in this game,
i had a offer FREE + 5k% , refresh page and changed, 2 hours not gone..... around 20 min and usual offert +3k% FREE incoming
