may be the problems come in ur ingame coords. 

on ur game, you have to open the guide on top rigth corner on ? mark and a new window opens 

on new window go to down left corner where something like this should appear:

"uid xxxnumberxxx / number / server / segment number" pass te mouse over it and click and you should have this info copied on clipboard

then go to ticket and on id coords field paste the clipboard info

that should work.

That did the trick. 

I would suggest they give a clearer error than "! One of the required field(s) is empty"
