Regardsit seems soemwhere is a problem between us. I didnt received any emails from suports. Like i told you during our chat talk, i didn;t received the confirmation messages that i;ve submited tickets.

i have been told that you have received an answer on 21st of April with a solution for ur case. Please check all your folders even in spam folder to see if one of those unread messages are from support
