i was told they had answered u so its that why alyona told you to check spam folder, check all ur folders cause they answered you

it seems soemwhere is a problem between us. I didnt received any emails from suports. Like i told you during our chat talk, i didn;t received the confirmation messages that i;ve submited tickets.

All i have on email from @plarium are listed here

i have been told that you have received an answer on 21st of April with a solution for ur case. Please check all your folders even in spam folder to see if one of those unread messages are from support

hope we can resolve this as soon as possible

On 21th April i have 2 emails from Stormfall, both from "newsletter@emailplarium.com"

one in spam, one in inbox. none of them are related to my problem
