no... They have been in SP for ages and the only way to purchase them is too this day with sapphires

if that is true, then it's a rather useless upgrade. if not a killgame.
as is, the game already favours enough those who can invest some serious money in it, but the fact that some advanced features are or will be available only to big coiners is probably the best way to get rid of a considerable mass of "normal" players.
plarium may think it's ok to see non-paying players go, but like any system, if you remove one componant, the system stops working.

i think mehnslayer has given you the correct answer.
Sketches only can be purchased in black market. by now there is no other way to get them.

i hope plarium will realize it's the one feature that'll be available only to those who can spend some serious money. and considering the flagrant advantages provided, it's going to drastically unbalance the game.

you kidding, right? one needs 800 sketches to upgrade the infirmary, for instance. 800 sketches cost 11500 sapphires, can you indicate me which tournament yield that many sapphires? so while an average player will need 2 months to gather than many sapphires, big coiners will have upgraded a few buildings, already.
everyone knows this feature will be mostly available to those who can afford it, even you know that. you'd have, at least, the decency to admit it...

All players is equal, but some players is more equal than others right? Lets not hide the fact that this game is now all pay to win, and as a small time coiner, or f2p, you have no means to compete with the big spenders anylonger. Can we please stop the pretend game of everything is available for everyone on equal terms?
Spending 50 USD worth to upgrade the infirmary, does that even sound sensible to you. Would you use 50 USD worth of your pay check to do that? In some parts of the world, you can work all day, and even a a month to not earn that much. And then consider the cost of upgrade any other building level by level too.
Don't know how accurate this is @ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sovereign_states_in_Europe_by_minimum_wage But it shows that in a place like Ukraine, the minimum wage is 48 Euro a month. I know when you in such a situation you got better things to do that sit on the internet play games such as this, but c'mon trying to put things a bit into perspective here.
Lets just call a spade for a spade. Sure I spent on sapphires in this game, not an awfull lot, but enough to keep my paragon going and a few bits and pieces else. but with the sketches I lost all incentive to spend much at all ever again. Because Plarium raised the "spending bar" so high it borders to crazy.
At least be honest about your goals and stop treat your customers like 4yr olds with no grasp of reality.

for lv 21 all new build need only 4685 sketches
interest plarium is money not a good game, every thing added is a trap for money, when there is free or little paying competitive players has to find a way to make you ridiculous and cover their castles behind big payers ( in reality many free sapphires)
you play in a war game against THE GAME
a game within the game, need only your money and you'll never get anything it's all ostensible
and virtual (the serious matter is how)
