I have similar problems, except that I can't spend any USdollars to purchase funds from the "bank"? Every time I try, I get a blank overlay screen where the payment screen should be showing. My problem is I can only by Sapphires using my cell phone. I can't buy any of the specials. I've tried using other platforms to log into the game but nothing seems to work.
