-5685 Sapphires

Greetings!


Hi plarium team! 

May i ask the moderator if possible not to post this but  I wish to get an answer and the issue may resolved. I suddenly get free sapphires, et. al without  prior noticed so I'm very happy because I thought I won in a weekly rankings or maybe its a loyalty reward. So I used it since I have it in my bank for sapphires. When I wake up, I noticed my sapphires bank turned -5685. I'm so disappointed because if it's a mistake, I should not have a negative sapphires. 

I'm wishing that you will remove the negative sign and maybe put my sapphires bank to zero and not negative and I will held it confidential and not tell anyone else. 

I doubt to purchase again if the negative sign is not removed since it will deduct... yes, I admit I used that free sapphires but it was not my mistake. Please plarium team. I'm helping your company, aside from buying sapphires, i killed units, too from those others who purchased and they have to purchase again... I'm purchasing 1 0r 2 times a month.

Dear Lord

You have to contact support explaining this issue what has happened to some players. Send the ticket explaining this issue and they will check your logs and give more details. Click submit ticket

 Hope you can solve this issue

I did not see the extra sapphires and boosts, but purchased the St. Patty's package. They know that and yet deducted nearly 6K from my account. Yes I have submitted a ticked and gotten the answer that there was a "bug" but fails to explain the math.  What of us that lost our troops we won from BG's and more. Real disadvantage in trying to play at all. Yes, a bot took my siege of another bot. Yes, I checked the stats, despite it being in the middle of a bot field. And that is happening because of a "bug"?    Punish the hacker, not the players. Now I'm not playing against others on the playing field I am playing against a true thief?


I understand the angst it must have put you in, but slow down and be fair about it. I did not owe you Sapphires for anything. Do I cancel theh purchase and disclaim all purchases from here as fraud? I don't know yet. Need legal advice on that yet.

Lords and Ladies, we have experienced the glitch due to wich some players received unfair Sapphires. These Sapphires automatically were deducted when we fixed the bug. If you spent them before, your balance of Sapphires may be negative. It is not possible to remove negative balance since you already used Sapphires for the advantages in the game. This would be unfair for other players.


If you are sure that you didn't used Sapphires received by the glitch and yet your balance is negative, please draw the attention of the Support team to this fact.

So let me get this straight. There was a bug with hamlets that could result in the lost use of speed ups, but no compensation or consideration for players there. You guys have a glitch in the players favor, and now want to penalize some of them over $50 in sapphires? Sorry, thats YOUR game glitch, it is absolutely wrong to punish players for it, whether or not they used the sapphires. Maybe its time to start doing a bunch of reviews on how this company treats its player base.

if you still have not figured out it is all a joke in this game, not worth spending 1€ and if you spend makes you regret, all good and clever but it is all too clear that there are obvious hack and plarium involved


in 1 day you can find 300 alts and many ridiculous attacks (hamlet?) who know what and how many troops there are but they found nothing.... :D very good job, sound like a plarium team 


people call them untouchables, who calls them plarium team, to me it seems a nice fraud

always same active alts but support not found.... support=nothing, sapphire or troops is same but i never got anything refunded
