Remove hamlet balancing

People are trying to use this to an advantage. Farming for hamlet tournaments to stack up defense to put on Jeweler Hamlets. This is reverse boosting that needs to removed. All the people who actually play the game and go to war and put real money in the game are getting ripped off if this keeps happening. Also there needs to be real change with producing units. It takes days and weeks to make an army. I see this is a game that is going to die real fast. No developers listen to the community to make change. Only change is how much Plarium can make.  

PS this is not even a triple A game. They sell for $60 most dont have money transactions like all the free MMO games running around the internet. This is why the gaming industry has collapsed since early 2000's

My Lord, of course people are trying to use Hamlets to an advantage. That is what Hamlets are for. You can use them for resources or for PvP.

Let me disagree with what you said about the developers not listening to the community. Most recently released features were requested by the players, for instance Gateways of Precision and Chance, Units no longer dismissed, Auto Unit Hider and Global Tournaments - these were all created from the ideas our players submitted. 

As for the game not being a AAA game, Stormfall is a Free to Play game where using real world money is optional. It's not marketed as a AAA game, it's marketed as one of the best free-to-play browser MMO's there is, which is true.

Whether the gaming industry has collapsed or not is another questions. From what I hear it's doing just fine.

I tried for the longest time to preach about unit production and build time. Make resources the bottom line of what you can make. Would make for more and bigger fights and more often. But to no avail and I suspect its the income from unit revival that they feel get messed with. If players was allowed to bounce back faster due to faster unit production Im sure they could be inclined to spend on other things. Spend on unit revival is a silly thing to do to start with and you probably end up feel like an dumbass after you done that a couple times.


Just last night a league mate stated in league chat he had to rebuild his army for a couple months before he could take part in pvp tourney again. Spending two months build units before have something worth the while to do again doesn't seem very rewarding game play to me, but it does for Plarium and we just have to live with that as long as you play the game.
