did one castle activate the gathering speed boost option in the Weorian Battle grounds Event and the other didn't ?

The lvl 81 dosent have stoneheart yet so no. The lvl 115 profile has weorian boost also. Still gather slower then the lvl 81 profile.

For gathering faster in hamlets is not enough just to activate a boost +50%

There is something which make the difference  for sure...

And in the last i suggest always to upgrade the Headman if you are a Hamlets player and you collect often in :

It's not important what level the player is , but what he upgraded  😎

The obvious one to check first (especially seeing as you didn;t mention it) is do both accounts have the Dominion lost art maxed.

Just as you say DJ Moodu :D it was the Dominion i dint check. :P was sitting for hours to figure this out.

Glad you got it resolved.  Yeah, the dominion lost art makes the biggest difference in hamlet collection speed.
