At least once everyday when I battle monsters, I defeat the monster just as my mana runs out. I do not get credit for defeating the monster, nor do I do not get the credit for a mar'eths quest.. In 3 hours I have to start over with the monster having 100% again.

Battle monster with dragon, just as my mana depleats, they die, but as you can see I do not get the credit for defeating the monster. This happens EVERY day, sometimes twice a day. It makes it impossible for me to complete the Mare'nth quest when it does thisPlease note that you are offered to refresh mana and fight a new Monster only if you defeat the current one and claim the reward. A monster battle outcome is calculated on the game server. If you defeat a monster and close the game without claiming the reward, the monster will be revived and the spent Mana will be restored. Thus you will be able to fight the same monster and receive the reward.
We tried to reproduce such issue many times, but the reward window was shown properly every time the monster was defeated.
When you face such issue please restart the game and try to kill the monster again.
If you kill the monster on the very last hit you have the collect button appears for a split second (maybe a 10th of second) then it is replaced with the offer to pay to refresh button.
And if you race to click the button before it changes, even if you make it before it changes you still get asked to confirm you want to pay.
It has been like it for weeks now.

Hi lords! I tested this functionality multiple times and, still, the issue you report has not been reproduced. Take a look at these images:
- I ran out of Mana;
- my reward appeared and I successfully claim it;
- Dragon Points go to the balance.
Try using Incognito mode when you fight the monsters.
I personaly dont care as i have maxed everything and have a spare 300k points left over, I just didnt like someone being told they were wrong when it is happening to many people and has been for a while now.
