Features that are not bugs

Some game features are often mistakenly perceived by players as malfunctions. So that you don’t waste time reporting bugs that are simply regular parts of the game, we have created this section that will list some of the most common misconceptions.

  • I applied a Resource Pack, but didn’t receive the Resources

This usually happens due to issues with your browser’s cache. You can find out more about this issue here: click

  • I can’t purchase certain items

Some items cannot be purchased if they already exist in your Inventory/My Items menu. All such items are listed here: click

  • My Offense/Defense Enhancer stopped working

Offense and Defense Enhancers are sometimes terminated because a different item is activated. Unit statistic bonuses do not stack, meaning that only one item that increases Offense or Defense can be active at any one time. Read more here: click

  • According to my Embassy statistics, I have troops missing

This is normal. Discrepancies occur because Embassy statistics are only updated once every 3 hours. Recent Battles and acquisitions will not be included, and recently expired bonuses may not be factored into your total. Statistics may also change depending on which items are active, and on whether your Paragon Status is active. Read more here: click

  • My battle results are wrong

The outcome of each battle is calculated on the game server. Many factors are taken into consideration during this process. You can find a more detailed explanation via this link: click

  • My Units came back without battling anyone

It is possible that, in some situations, your Units will reach a destination where no battle can take place. You can find a more detailed explanation here: click

  • My Units went to the wrong target

This is usually the result of human error. You should always double check whether the target you are sending Units to is the Map location you actually wish to engage. Read more here: click

  • My raid was successful, but my Units did not bring back any Resources

Certain restrictions are applied to Raids. You may only gain a certain amount Resources each day from other players. This limit includes both Resources gained from successful Raids and those sent to you willfully by allies. This maximum is a net figure, meaning that if another Commander raids Resources from you, these are deducted from your net gain. Read more here: click

  • I besieged a Castle but my siege ranking did not change

Your siege ranking can remain zero even if you besiege new Castles. It happens if your siege score is still a negative number. The following link will provide more information about siege ranking: click

  • I did not receive any Tournament Points

Each Tournament you take part in has specific requirements for earning Tournament Points. Make sure to read the Tournament description thoroughly before you start. You can find out more about the specifications for each Tournament here: click

  • I did not receive my Tournament Reward

This usually happens because you have not accrued enough points or met all the conditions to receive a Tournament Reward. Read more here: click

  • I did not receive a League Mission Reward

Reward packs are issued to all League members, regardless of their contribution to the mission. However, there are some situations in which you will not receive a Reward. Read more here: click

  • I placed in the top 10 of a Tournament but it was not counted as an Achievement

The game Achievements you are referring to apply to the weekly Rankings, not Tournaments. The following article will help clarify the Achievement requirements: click

  • I downgraded an enemy League Fortress, but I still can’t upgrade my one

There are various other requirements you must fulfil before you can upgrade your Fortress to the next Level. The following article explains how and when you should downgrade an opponent’s Fortress: click

  • My troops’ movement lines are not displayed on the map

You need to turn the animation on. Here you will find out how to do so: click

  • I did not receive a Reward from a Battleground

In basic terms, Rewards are calculated according to Unit losses. However, the algorithm that defines the size and contents of any given Reward is randomized, meaning that no two Battlegrounds will yield the same Reward, even if they are of the same Level. This means that the largest Rewards can be difficult to come by. Read more here: click

  • My Dragon Bonuses were not applied

There are a variety of reasons why it may appear that bonuses were not applied. The following article describes the feature in more depth: click

  • I don’t receive Scrolls anymore

Lost Art scrolls are only issued once a day until all the basic Lost Arts have been discovered. A full explanation can be found here: click

  • Did not receive a 1 Day Paragon activator when I reached a new Paragon level

When you reach a new Paragon level, you will receive a 1 Day Paragon activator. Here you can find out why it has not been applied: click
