Migrating issues

when trying to migrate my castle, I get a message telling me that my account has been deleted. To my knowledge I have not deleted any account from Plarium Play. I have summited 5 trouble request sense the migration began and still have not received a response. Any help would be welcomed

How long has this account been inactive? ..... Inactivity is the only reason a castle could be disabled, but that should take 3-5 years

it has been an active account on facebook and recently in gameroom for the last 4 years. I was still playing on all 3 servers right to the years end

I have already summited 5 of those trouble tickets sense 12/15/2020 with no response

Unforunately sending multi tickets on the same topic is considered spamming and could effect the time frame for getting  help.

  If the complaint hasn't been discarded altogether because of the rule violation.  The best way to deal with these issues  is to send a detail support request only once then if you have no answer within 7-10 days you then ask one of The moderatos here to have your ticket checked by suppling us with your support ticket number.

I was not aware of that and I was starting to panic because I wasn't able to get moved over. I don't recall a ticket number ever coming up. Just said that my ticket was summited. I still have not received any email on the issue either

If your Ticket was succesfully entered you would of gotten an email in the account that is linked to the game you sent the report about.  But seeing that account is supposed to be  (deleted ) I can see where that could be a quandery. Do you have any other game accounts ?

yes, and I check my email daily. I have not received anything from them

If you did not receive a Support Ticket number  in a reply in the email your account is attached to then the ticket was not successfully completed. 

I am very sorry to say  but you will need to try again.

I summited the ticket again, as of now I have not received an email with the ticket number

Then something was not correctly entered within the process.  Contact me in PM I will try and help you because the ticket confirmation e-mail should arrive shortly after a successful support ticket request is made.

Hey Wesley, I lost our pm thread, was just now able to find this again..Not sure how many days it has been sense I placed that ticket, but still haven't heard from them
