BUT the rest is completely gone for hours!
I reloaded several times + finally they are back now.
Yesterday, colleagues have already told me that units simply disappear.
What exactly is going on there?

And there is also the next mistake in the game: very often, all reports of the Grand Marshal are simply gone.

Hi, Mary. Thanks for your report. Units can't disappear from one's Castle without a corresponding action (i.e. battle loss, sending to some target, etc.).
Please follow this article to find the missing units.
As for the Reports, in some cases, they might appear with slight delays in case of the Internet connection hiccups, but no bug with not getting reports hasn't been confirmed, as far as I know.
