the improvement was active on Wednesday or Thursday of last week. I think the improvement took 5 or 6 days in process. from day 27 to day 30 I was not active. I don't know what happened in those days. When I started the section, the improvement was over but the mayor's office continued at level 21.

la mejora estaba activa el día miercoles o jueves de la semana pasada. creo que la mejora llevaba 5 o 6 dias en proceso . desde el dia 27 al dia 30 no estuve activo. no se que paso en esos dias . cuando inicie secion la mejora ya habia terminado pero la alcaldia continuaba en nivel 21.

Hi, I can't give you the exact date. I don't keep track of it. I just play and when I have resources to improve something I do. I had never had problems like this. I estimate that the improvement began between July 12 and 15.

hola no puedo darte la fecha exacta. no llevo un control de ello. simplemente juego y cuando tengo recursos para mejorar algo lo hago. nunca habia tenido problemas de este tipo . calculo que la mejora comenzo entre el dia 12 y 15 de julio .
