Hi thanks Wesley! PC platform, Server Dark Plains, coords 1391; 2085. I went to take advantage of the 25% off of the fortifications and improvements yesterday and noticed that i only had 365 sapphires, some of which I collected yesterday. I was wondering if you all could recover the amount I had as I had not spent them in efforts to save for fortifications and improvements.

I honestly do not recall. We had just won thousands of them and I had quite a few saved before that.

Hi, Tobirama. Sorry for the delay with reply. As I can see on my side, you have 3,496 Sapphires on your account balance now. Is the above-mentioned issue still relevant?
Also, I see that you purchased 256 Imperial Demons on July 14 at 14:35 UTC time. Their overall price was 7,168 Sapphires.

Hi Boris, No problem. The current sapphires were earned since losing my previous sapphires. We have completed and ranked in several events since I initially reported the incident.

Hi Boris,
I apologize for not reading the entirety of your message. I was heading to work when I saw your reply.
It was not my intention to purchase imperial demons with over 7k sapphires... OUCH!!! Is there any way you can take the imperial demons back and refund the sapphires? I do see the imperial demons in my troops, but did not intentionally select them.
