I have tried to reproduce the issue following the description you provided. Unfortunately, could not reproduce such a situation.

This happened after killing a few undead, then dropping out of full screen mode

But the situation is much worse now as it also affects our profile page on chrome

I have cleared cache, and completely uninstalled and reinstalled chrome but it does not help
I even tried changing my privacy settings

The padlock on the forum page is not affected, and is the easiest way for me to login and logout, but the profile is still missing  http://prntscr.com/od69ek

Please pass all this information to the devs or Q&A team

Update, After more investigation

try testing with AdBlock turned on

and try accepting a new friend request (watch the padlock vanish)

but this is only a small part of the problems? There are other problems with the padlock

and I would love to know why adblock identifies our profile as an advert. I have been using adblock for years and have never had any problems until now, so something has been changed

I expect a reward for all this work lol
