#1 remove the one scroll limit in the black market.
#2 add scrolls to special offers.
i am the rare new player. my attempts to advance enough to be relevent are blocked by the limits placed on scrolls. i understand that i can't catch up to the people who have played for a decade in a few months. i just want be able to join in stoneheart related events.
another point.
add an option to trade for multiple scrolls. in three griffin scrolls, i got two #8. i extended a trade offer for a #1, but i would want any scroll i didn't have.
For a New Player I would suggest they search for a leauge with a scroll master or a scroll Bank or support team.
some have castles who's primary fuction is to produce one type of scroll every day and some have others that will feed Junk scrolls that can be used to trade for the scrolls you need.
But I would think those leagues would require a very active account ,who's activity would justfy the excelerated supply of scrolls.
i understand your concerns. i see scrolls as pay to play, not pay to win. if i was given every scroll right now, i would still be a scrub. i couldn't win against anyone who mattered, because i will still have 15 million offense in a game where the better players have hundreds of millions. buying scrolls would just let me experience the full game early instead of later.
if i understand correctly, the pay to win happens with buffs and revives. i could buy those right now.
