So that we get artefacts with a level (and slight increase in their power)

also increase the level capacity of the Sanctum of Shards and with that the level cap of the crystals.. a new Rod.

Thanks for your suggestion! Currently, we don't plan to add more active slots to the Temple of War as Relics are already very powerful so with the combination of all other bonuses, the game will be unbalanced. Cheers!
