The upgrades to town buildings upgrades beyond 20 should have a incrementing scaled bonus. For example, level 20 farm = 4000 p/h, 21 = 6000 p/h, however all levels above that only give an added 1000 p/h. The higher we upgrade, the larger the gap between the new level and the old level.
