Would it be possible to have the option to lock certain locations to be excluded from recall all? Then the feature would be truly powerful, with complete control.

So we have a really great recall all button in our keep garrison screen.

When it all gets too much (like when you are taking loads of beacons) you can revert to good old recall all.

Except, that recall all is going to recall a load of stuff you don't really want it to. Maybe all those 1 archers at your friends and leagues mates. Your troops at Fort or beacons. And they can take quite a long time to re-establish and resend (if you even remember where they were).

Simply lock the ones you don't want moved, then recall all becomes super awesome.
